Lanessa takes an active approach to massage, using a combination of biomechanical and physiological principles to help her patients overcome pain, restrictions, and dysfunction. She has a special interest in headaches, neck and jaw pain, and migraine disorders, and her approach combines craniosacral therapy with lymphatic drainage and muscle work to help her patients achieve relief.

Laura Salas

Laura Salas brings compassion, intuition, and technical skill to her practice. Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, she was drawn to the natural beauty of the Canadian Rockies in 2011. Laura quickly became an avid climber, hiker, and cyclist, exploring Alberta’s majestic mountain trails.

Her journey to becoming an RMT was ignited by a multi-faceted curiosity: a desire to delve deep into the biomechanics of the human body, and an earnest passion for exploring the dynamic relationship between nervous system regulation and mental health. Personal life experiences involving stress, athletic injuries, and chronic pain acted as catalysts that propelled her into the world of massage therapy.
Receiving her 2200-hour RMT Diploma in 2019 from Mount Royal University, Laura understands the body from multiple angles. Her skill shines through in her ability to pinpoint and treat the source of pain or limitations.
Laura specializes in a targeted combination of deep tissue, myofascial release and relaxation techniques. She believes in the transformative power of incorporating movement and stretching into her sessions, customizing her approach to meet the distinct needs of each patient.
When she isn’t practicing massage, Laura enjoys dance, photography, pottery, poetry and exploring the Alberta foothills. She approaches her practice the way she approaches life, with deep curiosity and devotion.

ANNA STEEN
Registered Massage Therapist (2200hrs) / Manual Osteopathic Therapist
Anna Steen is a unique, highly skilled practitioner of massage therapy and manual osteopathy. Her love for the wellness industry took root at an early stage in her life when she spent time managing a fitness club and teaching group fitness classes. It was there that she developed a profound appreciation for body movement and injury prevention, and it became clear to her that she wanted to dedicate her career to helping others in the same way.
As a massage therapist, Anna provides a variety of therapeutic and relaxation massage treatments, such as trigger point therapy, fascial work, cupping, visceral manipulation, and craniosacral therapy. Her approach is holistic, and she believes in using treatments as a way to prevent injuries as well as recover from them.
With her extensive education and training, Anna is a true specialist in her field. After graduating from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy's 2200 hrs program in 2017, she knew she wanted to continue to expand her knowledge and skills. She went on to study manual osteopathic therapy at the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada. This additional training has given her a deep understanding of movement patterns and injury prevention, which she uses to provide the highest level of care to her patients.

Kelly O'Connor is a spirited massage therapist whose passion for health and wellness shines through in all she does. Kelly is a Montreal native who moved to Calgary in 2006 with the goal of pursuing a career in the culinary arts. However, her lifelong curiosity about health and wellness eventually led her to change her career path and attend the massage therapy program at Mount Royal University.
Kelly is a versatile practitioner who enjoys working with people from all walks of life. She is an expert at providing personalized and healing experiences for her patients. She has a special talent for treating children, expectant mothers, athletes, and the elderly. Her unique specialties include Swedish massage, therapeutic massage, and hot stone massage. She is also a practitioner of Reiki, a gentle healing practice that can help to balance energy levels and reduce stress.
Kelly's enthusiasm for health and wellness shines through in her practice. She's the kind of therapist who will put you at ease the moment you walk into her room. She's known for being an empathetic listener who genuinely seeks to understand her patient's needs to facilitate healing.
